How do you ensure the meals stay fresh during shipping?
All meals are shipped in insulated boxes with non-toxic gel packs designed to maintain a refrigerated temperature for up to 48 hours in transit.
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
No, our couriers are instructed to leave the package at your doorstep. Since the packaging is insulated, your food will stay fresh until you return home later that evening.
How long do the meals last in the refrigerator?
Our meals are prepared fresh and typically have a refrigerated shelf life of 5 to 7 days. Each meal is clearly labeled with a 'Use By' date for your convenience.
Can I freeze the meals if I can't eat them in time?
Yes, most of our meals are freezer-friendly. We recommend freezing them before the 'Use By' date and consuming them within one month for optimal taste and texture.
What is your policy on returns or damaged items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if a meal arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a refund or credit.
How do I manage or skip a weekly subscription?
You can manage your delivery schedule through your account dashboard. Changes, including skips or cancellations, must be made by Friday at 11:59 PM EST for the following week's delivery.
