Return Process

Examine your meal containers upon arrival to ensure all seals are intact and the insulation has maintained the proper temperature.
- 2.Document Concerns
Take clear photographs of any damaged packaging, incorrect items, or quality discrepancies within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- 3.Contact Support
Email our customer care team with your order number and the gathered photos to initiate a formal review of your claim.
- 4.Resolution Processing
Once validated, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or apply store credit for a replacement meal in your next delivery.
